I had Dr. Sundheimer for the extraction of all 4 of my wisdom teeth, and he was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! Very pleasant experience for what it was.

It's sad that I'm writing this because my experience with this practice 8 years ago was wonderful. My husband not so much. He went in at my recommendation to get wisdom teeth pulled and the initial consultation and appt was awesome. When we finally get to the day before the procedure he gets a call saying that our form of dental insurance was not accepted, when we were told in the office that it was. Delta ppo vs delta premier, we have ppo and they accept premier. So we were expected to pay over 2k up front the next day. We couldn't do that so we had to cancel and go elsewhere. Months later now he's being billed for the xrays and stuff they did at the consultation when they should of had us pay then. But they don't check that stuff till the last minute apparently. Just horrible communication and business practices. Word of advice to anyone going in, make them check your insurance before walking through the door.

Absolutely horrible experience with this office!! The lack of communication between staff members and with patients is astounding. There were months of waiting after my initial consult (August to January) only to be told Dr. Sundheimer no longer wanted my case as he is "not working with hospitals anymore ". When I asked if my records could be transferred to another doc, I was told that my balance of less than $300 would need to be paid before they would send anything. I explained that I just got through cancer treatment and I would make payments as things are a bit tight right now. The person that answered the phone said they'd have to check with management and would call me back. After two more weeks with no call, I called to inquire about my records again. Again, I was told by Michelle, who answered the phone this time, that she would "need to check with Dr Sundheimer" to see if she was permitted to send my records to the new doc. When I informed her that this practice is illegal she magically found that the office had sent my records last month--- again with no communication to me. I am in customer service and my entire family is in the medical profession-- we all agree--- avoi

Went in to get 2 teeth extracted and implants inserted. Was throughly impressed at the process with Dr. Neil Sundheimer leading his 2 assistants through the process with such precision. The communication and collaboration were outstanding. They also checked on me regularly throughout the process and explained what they were doing while doing it. Very impressed with my care. Good job team!!!

I have found the staff and doctors to be highly organized. Interested in me and interested in my care and I appreciate that. The only complaint that I would make is that they have me scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and then I get a text or email or something asking me to get there at 2:15 instead. I have a fairly rigid schedule and when I, in November, schedule a thing for 2:30 I need to rely on it being at 2:30. 2:30. I cannot always move my entire schedule up by 15 minutes because I don't make my schedule the courts do. I would strongly encourage the office simply to schedule people for when they would like them to walk in the door, not when they want to see the doctor.
